By accessing devenvtools.digital or enrolling in Devenv Tools lessons, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book training.

About our offer

Devenv Tools provides educational technical analysis training with an emphasis on trendline discipline. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage services, portfolio management, or guaranteed trading results. Past classroom examples are illustrative only.

Accounts & inquiries

Information you submit through forms must be accurate. You are responsible for the contact details you provide so we can confirm bookings and send materials.

Intellectual property

Course worksheets, checklists, slide decks, journal articles, and site copy are owned by Devenv Tools or used under license. You may keep personal copies of materials provided for your enrolled lesson for your own study. You may not resell, republish, or teach from our materials as your own curriculum without written permission.

Bookings & conduct

Seats are confirmed after deposit (where required) and written confirmation from us. Participants agree to respectful classroom conduct, including protecting the confidentiality of other traders’ charts shared in session.

Liability

Training is educational. You remain solely responsible for trading decisions and risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devenv Tools is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in lessons. Our aggregate liability relating to a booking is limited to the fees you paid for that booking.

Website availability

We aim for reliable access but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Content may change without notice.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your place of residence.
