Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid Devenv Tools lessons: the Trendline Discipline Intensive, Private Chart Reviews, Evening Drill Labs, and related packs. It does not cover third-party brokerage fees or data subscriptions.
Eligibility overview
Refunds depend on notice timing, whether a seat was transferred, and whether the lesson or materials preparation has begun. Informational website browsing is free and needs no refund.
Intensive cohort (Trendline Discipline Intensive)
- Full refund of amounts paid if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before session one and materials have not been issued.
- Partial refund of 50% of amounts paid if you cancel between 13 and 7 days before session one.
- No refund for cancellations inside 7 days, no-shows, or departure after session one begins, except where we cancel the cohort.
- Deposits are refundable under the same timelines as total fees paid.
Private Chart Review
- Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the appointment.
- No refund inside 48 hours or for no-shows. You may reschedule once without fee if you give at least 48 hours’ notice.
Evening Drill Labs & packs
- Single-lab fees are refundable in full up to 24 hours before the lab; thereafter they are non-refundable but may be transferred to another public lab date within 30 days if seats exist.
- Three-lab packs are refundable only for unused labs, minus a ₩20,000 administration fee, when requested before the first attended lab. After one lab is used, remaining value may be transferred but not refunded in cash.
When we cancel
If Devenv Tools cancels a session, you may choose a full refund of that session’s fee or a transfer to a future date. If we postpone, your seat moves automatically unless you request a refund within 7 days of the notice.
Work already started & materials
Once session one of an intensive begins, or private review time has started, fees for that engagement are non-refundable. Printed materials already produced for you are non-returnable; digital templates already emailed remain yours for personal use and are not separately refunded.
No-shows
Missing a session without prior notice forfeits that session’s value. Intensive participants who miss one session may review notes with the instructor for 20 minutes before the next meeting when scheduling allows; this is a courtesy, not a second refund path.
How to request a refund
Email hello@devenvtools.digital with your name, booking reference or invoice date, lesson type, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.
Processing time & method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank timelines may add several days. We do not issue cash at the studio.
